We have a wonderfully equipped kitchen in our new facility. Our cook is busy fixing breakfast and lunch for 60 children Monday through Friday. She is looking for someone who would enjoy working with her from 10:45 to 12:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday to help set do final preparation for lunch and to help serve the meal to the toddlers, preschoolers and pre-K children. These are her busiest days and she would welcome working with someone to better meet the needs of the children.

Volunteers will need to have a Food Handlers card in order to work in the kitchen. We will provide the workbook for the test and facilitate taking the test as well as pay the $10 fee for the card, if needed. The volunteer coordinator will give a one hour orientation to the organization and the program.
