Texercise – www.texercise.com
A health promotions program that promotes physical activity and nutrition; often paired with DADS Silver Lining program for students; students implement the Texercise program with adults living in a nursing home, assisted living facility or state supported living center. Student can also integrate Texercise into other volunteering opportunities that promote health and wellness.
