Abbie Hunt Bryce Home - Transportation Volunteer

Volunteer Opportunity Details:

The mission of the AHB Home is to provide compassionate, respectful, and dignified support to citizens of central Indiana who are terminally ill and without resources. With the help of many committed volunteers we offer comfort, warmth, and love at the end of life's journey for our residents. Volunteers who assist with transportation will transport/accompany residents to medical appointments. Volunteers may also provide transportation to special events such as ballgames, concerts, movies, etc.

AHB Home Volunteers mustattend a 2 hour hospice and agency orientation. All volunteer are required to receive a TB test at no cost to the volunteer. NO MEDICAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, all volunteer positions are non-medical in nature. Volunteers must provide own transportation to the Home.
