What?
You’ll be responsible for managing the end of the line. We’ll provide you with a large yellow balloon and your job will be to stand at the end of the line. As the line grows, you’ll be the signage letting people know where the line begins. Your balloon will be inside of the Chamber building. Please help keep the line formed down the sidewalk of Crawford Street, wrapped to Pentz, and Gordon – if it gets that long! We need to be mindful of blocking traffic flow, so encourage folks to stay on the sidewalk.
When? Monday, November 24th
Time? Please report to check in at 12:15 pm. Your shift will end at 2:00 pm.
Where? All shifts will check in on Hamilton St. next to the Chamber building. If possible, we encourage you to park a few streets away so that the attendees of the event can find parking close by.
Attire? For all shifts, please wear an apron of your choice to identify as a volunteer. It is also encouraged to wear comfortable shoes as you will be on your feet.
Why? Because we think it's important to come together as a community, to get to know our neighbors a little better, and to give thanks for our blessings, together.
