Carter Hope Center, Drug And Alcohol Recovery

Carter Hope Center was founded in 1998 and initially provided space for 12-step meetings. in 1999, we opened our Recovery Residence to provide treatment and a stable living environment. We became a United Way agency in 2000. We are licensed by the State of Georgia.  

We have a residential program based on the Matrix model of recovery. We also offer an outpatient program for those who need less structure and have a safe place to live. Our program is a nine month program which includes Matrix and traditional treatment modalities for addiction. We provide counseling, relapse prevention, process group therapy, addiction education, aftercare, and mentoring. We have three certified addiction counselors and one substance abuse counselor. We have space available for 14 women and 26 men. We now also offer 4 male beds in a sober living environment.
