The Creative Arts Guild presents our 5th annual Pops in Burr Park event to celebrate Independence Day! This free community event features the Creative Arts Guild Chamber Orchestra and fireworks. Help us give this gift to the community!
DESCRIPTION OF VOLUNTEER SHIFTS:
10am-1pm - Event Set Up
6-7:30pm (6 slots) - Kids Craft Area (Volunteers will assist kids with pre-prepped crafts)
7-8:30pm (6 slots) - Kids Craft Area (Volunteers will assist kids with pre-prepped crafts)
4:30-6:30pm (3 slots) - Cooks (Volunteers will work the grill and prep burgers and hot dogs)
6:30-8:30pm (3 slots) - Cooks (Volunteers will work the grill and prep burgers and hot dogs)
4:30-6:30pm (4 slots) - Concessions (Volunteers will wrap and assemble concessions for customers)
6:30-8:30pm (4 slots) - Concessions (Volunteers will wrap and assemble concessions for customers)
5-7pm (4 slots) - Floaters (Extra hands that we will place where needed)
7-9pm (4 slots) - Floaters (Extra hands that we will place where needed)
10-11:30pm - Event Break Down & Clean Up
