What?
Head to the branded Chattanooga Area Food Bank van near Burr Park. You will be assisting collecting nonperishable food donations from community members. You will also be responsible for checking the different drop-off bins around the event to be sure they are not overflowing.
When? Monday, November 24th
Time? Please report to check in at 12:15 pm. Your shift will end at 2:00 pm.
Where? All shifts will check in on Hamilton St. next to the Chamber building. If possible, we encourage you to park a few streets away so that the attendees of the event can find parking close by.
Attire? For all shifts, please wear an apron of your choice to identify as a volunteer. It is also encouraged to wear comfortable shoes as you will be on your feet.
Why? Because we think it's important to come together as a community, to get to know our neighbors a little better, and to give thanks for our blessings, together.
