Registration personnel for drive through COVID testing must walk beside the cars in line, completing the registration forms for everyone requesting a test. This position requires legible writing, and absolute attention to detail. The Registration helpers must verify birth dates, name spellings and demographic information without errors. Special attention should be paid to these details or candidates will not be able to retrieve their results. The Registration specialist must also place the correct identifying sticker on each piece of paperwork, hand flyers and information to people in the car. Multiple registration specialists may walk beside one car completing information carefully to keep the line flowing. Registration specialists must deliver paperwork to the medical testing personnel, ensuring that the correct person gets tested for each piece of paperwork and corresponding test bag. The job is not difficult but must be done methodically and with attention to detail. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Everyone working or volunteering must sign a HIPAA agreement and submit to COVID symptom screening.
