Corner Marshal
Race Day Volunteer Opportunity
Help keep racers safe and on course! Corner Marshals are stationed at designated intersections and turns throughout the race route to direct cyclists, assist with traffic control, and communicate important information to riders and race officials.
Volunteers play a critical role in ensuring participants navigate the course safely while helping create a positive race experience for everyone involved.
Volunteer Check-In Location:
South Entrance Parking Lot, Coahulla Creek High School
Specific corner assignments and instructions will be provided at check-in prior to the start of the race.
All volunteers will receive a complimentary event t-shirt.
Requirements & Recommendations:
- Must be comfortable being outdoors for the duration of the shift
- Must be able to communicate clearly with riders, spectators, and race staff
- Volunteers are encouraged to bring a lawn chair, water, sunscreen, and any other items needed to stay comfortable throughout their shift
