Who We Are

For over 80 years, United Way of Northwest Georgia has united diverse partners and innovative approaches to get to the root causes of complex challenges holding people back.

Guided by research and data, we invest in high-quality programs to create opportunities in Whitfield and Murray counties for ALL to Thrive.

We lead, serve, influence, and convene the nonprofit sector, working collaboratively to ensure our community receives effective, outcome-driven services that make a lasting impact.

United Way of Northwest Georgia is a proud local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving Northwest Georgia.

We unite donors, volunteers, and community partners to help our neighbors land on their feet and stay there.
