Race Setup Crew
Race Day Volunteer Opportunity
Help bring the race to life! Setup Crew volunteers assist with preparing the event site and course before racers arrive. Duties may include setting up tents, tables, signage, registration areas, barricades, water stations, and other event materials.
This role is perfect for volunteers who enjoy staying active and helping behind the scenes to ensure the event runs smoothly from start to finish.
All volunteers will receive a complimentary event t-shirt.
Requirements & Recommendations:
- Must be able to lift and carry light to moderate event materials
- Must be comfortable working outdoors
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes
- Volunteers are encouraged to bring water and dress appropriately for the weather
